Bus Drop off and Parking:   Buses can come into the lot, and pull up to the track and unload runners and equipment.  After they are unloaded, they are to proceed back out of the parking lot, go to Lake Shore Blvd., turn right, and turn right into the circular drive just west of the VASJ front circular drive. (Where the Christian Life Center used to be)

Admission:  We will be charging admission as cars enter the gate.  If coaches will not be on the bus, please give them some identification.  Admission will be $5 for adults and high school students.  $3 for Senior Citizens and Grade School Students.

Coaches Meeting:  Coaches meeting will be at 8:45 near the trailer in the infield.

Bullpen:  The bullpen will be located at the West end of the field by the cell tower.

Disc and Shot Put Weigh in:  No weigh -ins.  Common pool implements at site.
	
Long Jump Pit:  Will be open for 2 hours, 9 - 11.  Please try to have jumpers compete as soon as possible.

Starting Height:  Starting Height in the Pole Vault will be 6'.  6" increments to 9', 3" increments after 9'. Starting Height in the High jump will be 4'3 - 4'6 -4'8 and up by 2 inches after.

Medals:  Will be given out to the top three places, and ribbons for the 4 to 6th place finishers 

No Team Scoring:  We will not be doing team scoring to help make this a low key meet so you can concentrate on tuning up your runners for Districts.

Team Tents:  Tents can be put up in the grassy area inside the track on the East end, or outside the fenced area on the West end.  Tents are not to be put up in the stands.

Trainer:  Our trainer will be available and will be located in the infield by the trailer



Parking:  Will be available in our lot.  There is no charge for parking, but admission will be charged as cars or spectators enter.  

Fans:  Can use the stands for seating or stand in the area near the finish line.

Concessions:  Concessions will be available 

Restrooms:  Restrooms are through the marked doors at the back of the gym complex.

Shelter:  If teams or fans need shelter, the rear gym doors will be open for entrance.  The restrooms at the front of the gym should not be used for teams.
